Anita's Pillow Pets started in May, 2007 at the Boulder Creek Festival, in Boulder, Colorado.  Anita Halcyon and husband, Dave Karpowicz then started going to fairs throughout the Denver Metro area spreading the fun and fluffiness of "My Pillow Pets"!

 In 2008, Anita Halcyon, and her husband, Dave Karpowicz have relocated to San Luis Obispo County from the Denver, CO area…to be closer to Anita’s family around the Central Coast and to become active in community partnerships with the various schools and nonprofits in the area.
