Exchanges & Return Policy
 
Online Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
 
New Products in their original bags can be exchanged, returned and/or refunded with your Anita's Pillow Pets order number.  Please print your order number on the outside of the box to receive your full refund.  Any box without your order number on the outside will be refused, since we've received numerous calls regarding other vendors orders.  (Note:  We do not have any letters in our order numbers, and our order numbers have exactly 7 digits.)
 
We will send you a check for the original cost of your Pet.   We cannot refund the shipping fee if the original order was delivered as ordered.
 
Exchanges will require additional postage/handling fees.   
 
Store Exchanges/Refunds: 
 
Exchanges:
New Products in their original bags can be exchanged for liked priced items at either our San Luis Obispo or Morro Bay, CA stores, based on the current sale price in that store.
 
Returns/Refunds:
Because the "My Pillow Pet" family extends beyond our stores, we cannot offer returns/refunds of products purchased from other vendors.
  • New Products in their original bags can be returned with an Anita's Pillow Pets Receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items (new in bags) returned without original receipt will be refunded at the current sale price.

 

Defective Items:
Defective items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
